On December 2, Rongcheng Municipal People's Government, Beijing Huaxia Financial Leasing Co., Ltd. and the group company held a strategic cooperation signing ceremony at Huaxing Hotel, marking the official launch of the company's Shawo Island seafood cold chain logistics park project. Rongcheng Municipal People’s Government Mayor Song Xiuqian, Executive Deputy Mayor Zheng Yuewen, Beijing Huaxia Financial Leasing Co., Ltd. President Shen Zongqing, Group Company Party Secretary and Chairman Xu Yunchuan, General Manager Lian Renjie and other leaders attended the ceremony.

The Shawo Island Seafood Cold Chain Logistics Park project is jointly constructed by Beijing Huaxia Leasing and the company. The planned total investment is 450 million yuan, covering an area of 85 acres and a building area of 45,000 square meters. The new modern standard cold storage has a total storage capacity of 100,000 tons, of which More than 10,000 tons of ultra-low temperature cold storage. After the completion of the project, it will provide basic support for the cold chain circulation, deep processing, product trading, and big data services of the Shawo Island National Ocean Fishery Base, and promote the transformation and upgrading and high-quality development of the company and the city's marine economy.

The two parties will use this signing as an opportunity to establish a sound working mechanism, and make every effort to promote the early completion of the project, early production, and early benefit, so that the project will become a demonstration project and a benchmark project for the base.
