On the afternoon of June 17th and the morning of June 18th, the first member representative conference and inaugural meeting of Shandong Ocean Fisheries Association was grandly held in Shidao Hotel. Relevant persons in charge of fishery functional departments, key offshore fishery enterprises, national ocean universities and institutes, and news media units attended the meeting. The group company was elected as the chairman unit of the first council of Shandong Ocean Fisheries Association with its extensive industry influence and appeal.

Over the years, the company has seized the strategic opportunity of the country’s “One Belt, One Road” and “Economical Oceans”, and has continued to expand and strengthen the ocean fisheries by renewing and transforming ocean-going fishing vessels, developing new fishing grounds, and building two ocean-going fishing bases at home and abroad The entire industry chain. At present, the company has 3 ocean-going fishing companies with ocean-going fishery qualifications, and has 78 professional ocean-going fishing boats of various types. The operating area governs the Pacific, Atlantic and Indian Oceans. It has established the second national-level ocean-going fishery base in China after Zhoushan. There is an overseas ocean fishing base in Maroqi in Indonesia, and offices in Fiji and Argentina. The types of vessel operations include squid fishing, tuna fishing, trawling, light purse seine, ocean transportation, etc. The fishing scale, output, and efficiency indicators are all Ranked first in the industry in Shandong Province. The company has made outstanding contributions to promoting the high-quality development of deep-sea fisheries in our province, and has been at the forefront of the journey of building a "powerful ocean province".
