On March 17, Guo Ruiliang, deputy dean of Beijing Institute of Fashion Technology, and a group of 3 people, accompanied by relevant leaders of Dishang Group, went to the company to investigate the work of party building. In the company's party and mass service center, the research team observed the company profile, party building overview, maritime party building, group organization, public welfare and people's livelihood, fishing customs and culture exhibition halls on the spot. Lian Renjie introduced the company's party building work and marine economic development in detail. The research team highly appraised the company’s resolute implementation of the socialist ideology with Chinese characteristics in the Jinping New Era, giving full play to the leading role of party building, and deepening and improving the party building model of “branch in the fleet, team in the ship, and party members in a single ship”. ; Appreciate the company's practice of using Shawo Island National Oceanic Fishery Base as a platform to build a Northeast Asian aquatic product trading center in Weihai and promote the high-quality development of the marine economy.

The research team also visited Shawo Island Storage and Logistics Park, Aquatic Products Deep Processing Park, Shawo Island Central Fishing Port, Yuantong Outfitting Wharf and other places, and held discussions to gain insight into the situation.
