Chairman Introduction

Xu Yunchuan, male, Han nationality, born in April 1963, born in Rongcheng City, Shandong Province, bachelor's degree, started to work in September 1978, joined the Communist Party of China in December 1984, now Secretary of the Party Committee and chairman of Jinghai Group Co., LTD.

He is now the vice president of China Pelagic Fishery Association and the president of Shandong Pelagic Fishery Association. He was a deputy of the 13th People's Congress of Shandong Province. Representative of the 16th People's Congress of Weihai City and member of the Standing Committee of the 17th People's Congress; Representative of the 16th People's Congress of Rongcheng City, member of the Standing Committee of the 17th and 18th People's Congresses. In April 2015, he was awarded the honorary title of "National Model Worker" by the CPC Central Committee and The State Council.
