At present, the following key work must also be done well. One is the implementation of management rules and regulations. All the production, operation and management of the company should be carried out around the management rules and regulations, and the main person in charge of each unit should take special time to communicate and implement, and ensure that all employees understand and strictly implement. The second is the formulation of the production responsibility system. The third is production work. The three ocean-going companies should rationally dispatch, increase fishing, and ensure high yield and efficiency. Fishing vessels returning to Hong Kong should do a good job of docking repair and other work, so as to make all preparations for the sea after the festival. The offshore fleet should do a good job of offshore production during the Spring Festival to further increase production. Aquatic product processing and cold storage should seize the holiday market opportunities and do a solid job in product marketing. Other production units should, according to the actual situation of the nature of the industry, adapt to local conditions, increase production, and fight the final sprint war before the Spring Festival. Fourth, credit collection work. At present, the responsible person who has not completed the collection should attach great importance to it and increase efforts to complete the collection as soon as possible.

The meeting also made arrangements for the work of pre-holiday safety comprehensive treatment, visiting and condolence of extremely poor workers, volunteer activities, health improvement and Spring Festival duty.
