The meeting pointed out that the general distribution principle of the company is to make moderate adjustments according to the completion of economic task indicators and the increase or decrease of benefits of each unit throughout the year, referring to the distribution of previous years and the situation of the same industry in society, basically small movement. The company has carried out reasonable internal adjustment for individual units with losses to ensure the overall stable distribution of employees, which fully reflects the superiority of the company's collective economy, effectively plays the advantages of mutual adjustment and flexible catch up, and guarantees the distribution of employees.

According to the requirements of the meeting, the distribution of work must be in accordance with the principle of "more work, more work, less work, less work", according to the indicators of employee labor intensity, work quality, technical level, responsibility, compliance with regulations, contribution size, daily performance, etc., with performance pay to reasonably open the distribution distance, and resolutely eliminate the egalitarianism of "more work and less work." The meeting stressed that the offshore fishing, processing, breeding and other units should pay special attention to the assignment of foreign workers, and must strictly comply with the provisions of the contract, strictly prohibit the occurrence of arrears, and strictly prohibit the occurrence of labor disputes.

At present, the following key work must also be done well. One is the implementation of management rules and regulations. The third is production work. The three ocean-going companies should rationally dispatch, increase fishing, and ensure high yield and efficiency. The offshore fleet should do a good job of offshore production during the Spring Festival to further increase production. Aquatic product processing and cold storage should seize the holiday market opportunities and do a solid job in product marketing. Other production units should, according to the actual situation of the nature of the industry, adapt to local conditions, increase production, and fight the final sprint war before the Spring Festival. Fourth, credit collection work. At present, the responsible person who has not completed the collection should attach great importance to it and increase efforts to complete the collection as soon as possible.

The meeting also made arrangements for the work of pre-holiday safety comprehensive treatment, visiting and condolence of extremely poor workers, volunteer activities, health improvement and Spring Festival duty.
